On November 7, Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University (SHZQU) and Shanghai Telecom Engineering Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for a university-enterprise cooperation agreement in Room 108 of the Information Building. The event was hosted by Wu Youzhi, Vice President of SHZQU and attended by Yan Jianjun , Chairman of Zeta Group and Chen Zhihong, Deputy General Manager of China Telecom Shanghai.
This partnership marks the establishment of a close industry-academia-research collaboration between the university and the company. By introducing the "order-based class" model as a starting point, both parties will set up a joint cooperation base to deepen their efforts in resource sharing, curriculum development, talent cultivation, and internship and employment opportunities. Together, they aim to explore a new integrated model of "industry, academia, research, and application" to train more high-quality technical and skilled talent suited to industry needs.

Chen Zhihong, Deputy General Manager of China Telecom Shanghai, provided an overview of the company's development history, business layout, and talent needs. The ceremony included the signing of the university-enterprise cooperation agreement and the presentation of plaques for the "Chnia Telecom Shanghai Talent Development Base" and the "Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University Off-Campus Practice Education Base."
