In order to further promote employment and entrepreneurship in Shanghai, promote entrepreneurship to promote employment, and effectively help young college students change their employment concepts, improve their employability, and achieve stable employment and high-quality employment, the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Shanghai Employment Promotion Center have launched the review of the establishment of youth (college students) vocational training camps, which has been applied by our university, field survey, expert review and other procedures, The "Civil UAV Application Technology Training" project declared by our university has been successfully approved by Shanghai Municipal Youth (College Students) Vocational Training Camp. The "Civil UAV Application Technology Training" vocational training camp, under the planning and decision-making of the school leaders, actively integrates the disciplinary advantages and resources, and provides our students and the unemployed youth in the city with the basic flight principles and aviation laws and regulations, as well as the necessary qualities and professional application skills of "installing, adjusting, flying, repairing and using" UAVs. Improve students' ability to find jobs and innovate and start businesses, realize high-quality employment of our college students, and create a platform for entrepreneurship to promote employment.
In 2018, the Shanghai Employment Promotion Center approved the establishment of the civil UAV application technology training project of the Shanghai Youth (College Students) Vocational Training Camp Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University. The project team successfully completed the project in strict accordance with the spirit of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Management Measures for the Operation of Vocational Training for Youth (College Students) (HJJ [2020] No. 37) and other documents.
After the launch of the project, the members of the project team went to Wuxi Hanhe Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. and East China UAV Base in the way of going out and inviting in. They invited the industrial enterprises of Shanghai UAV Industry Association, Shanghai Yurui Information Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Handong Haoxiang Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. and other industries to enter the school for discussion, in-depth research on the ability requirements and talent needs of each position, and jointly discuss the training plan with the enterprises, Agree on the construction objectives of the training room and the content of course development, and determine the development of the syllabus and teaching materials for the three course directions of the project, laying a solid foundation for the smooth completion of the project.
The UAV training room built in this project mainly includes:
(1) UAV simulation flight control training room, which is mainly responsible for the training of UAV pilot training module.
(2) In the UAV assembly and debugging room, students are trained in groups, mainly to cultivate students' skills of manual disassembly and repair of UAV.
(3) The school has built a film editing and post-production training room to support courses such as UAV aerial photography editing in the youth training camp.
(4) East China UAV Base, as the UAV outfield practical training base of the Youth Training Camp, mainly carries out practical flight training of UAV aerial photography, agriculture, forestry and plant protection, and electric power inspection.
The College of Information Engineering will take UAV as the carrier, strive to train students into the backbone elite of UAV application industry, truly realize the seamless connection between college graduates and society, continue to focus on the needs of social development, cultivate technical and skilled application talents, take serving enterprises and local economic development as the purpose of running the school, strengthen application practice, and make contributions to local economic development.
