Hu Yanan, deputy director of the international exchange department, reported to you the implementation plan and current work progress of international certification, and explained the specific arrangements and evaluation requirements of the international certification working group. At the same time, she introduced the organizational structure of the school's international certification, divided the responsibilities of each line according to the relevant index contents and guidelines, and further clarified the working time nodes of each stage. Vice president Liu Shuyun said that we should have a high understanding of the necessity of school development, the importance of evaluation work, further improve our professional understanding of certification, and be responsible, effective and effective.
Li Qiang, director of the academic affairs department, interprets and decomposes the implementation plan of teaching work from the aspects of work responsibilities, teaching work indicators, quality assurance work indicators, scientific research work indicators and so on. Vice president Liu Shuyun suggested that in accordance with the PDCA management law, each working group should have a specific implementation plan, refine the tasks and carry out work as soon as possible, sink to the secondary college and provide relevant work guidance.
