Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University recently participated in the 2026 Shanghai Education Expo, showcasing its latest achievements in vocational undergraduate education through a series of interactive and immersive exhibits.
Under the Expo theme, “Building the Foundation for the Future,” Zhongqiao University presented innovative educational practices and applied technologies in areas including artificial intelligence, smart healthcare, food science, drone applications, and the preservation of intangible cultural heritage. Through hands-on demonstrations and real-world application scenarios, the University highlighted how vocational education supports industrial development while fostering students’ professional competencies and innovative capabilities.
The Zhongqiao exhibition booth attracted strong visitor engagement throughout the three-day event. Interactive displays such as robotic dogs, drone demonstrations, rehabilitation technologies, natural pigment art activities, and Jinshan Farmers’ Painting experiences drew significant public interest. In recognition of its outstanding exhibition performance and visitor engagement, Zhongqiao University was awarded Second Place in the Popularity Ranking among participating higher education institutions, marking its third consecutive year among the Expo’s most popular exhibitors.
The achievement reflects growing public recognition of the University’s distinctive strengths in vocational undergraduate education.
