On May 7, 2025, a delegation from Morimatsu Group—including senior executive Mr. Lu Weifeng and other key personnel—visited Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University to explore deeper collaboration. The delegation primarily reviewed the academic progress and campus life of the first cohort of Malaysian international students sponsored by Morimatsu Group and held discussions on the second training batch, curriculum optimization, and joint university-enterprise technical initiatives.
The delegation toured key laboratories in intelligent manufacturing, gaining insights into the university's training facilities and teaching processes. During their visit to the International Department, Director Ms. Yan Hui highlighted Zhongqiao's international education achievements and expressed readiness to support enterprises with global talent development. Mr. Lu praised the university's environment for international students and expressed strong interest in expanding future cooperation.
Both sides emphasized aligning education with industrial needs. Zhongqiao's School of Intelligent Manufacturing will customize training plans for Morimatsu, while also seeking further collaboration through faculty visits to the company's facilities.
