Auckland Institute of Studies New Zealand (AIS) has been around for over 30 years since it was founded in 1990. It is one of New Zealand’s largest private degree-granting institutions and one of first group of New Zealand institutions of higher learning recognized by the Ministry of Education of the PRC. AIS offers avariety of NZQA-approved courses in the fields of business and IT. The relevant academic certificates for bachelors’ and masters’ courses can be certified by Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange. AIS’s flexible course design, three-semester system and cross-credit recognition allow students to fast-track their studies and to get a head start on their careers.
1. Programs are based on the inter-school cooperation agreements between Zhongqiao University and AIS;
2. The New Zealand Certificate in English is approved by the NZQA and is accepted by UNITEC Polytechnic and other private schools and universities in New Zealand. (The NZCEL L4 certificate is equivalent to an IELTS overall band score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 for each section band; The NZCEL L5 certificate is equivalent to an IELTS overall band score of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 for each section band.)
Entry Requirements
NZCEL L4: IELTS 5.5 (General or Academic) (with no band less than 5.0);
NZCELL5:Successful completion of the New Zealand Certificate in English Language (Academic) Level 4; or IELTS 6.0 (with no band less than 5.5)
