At 13:00 on the afternoon of September 16, our school held a special meeting on international certification. Vice President Liu Shuyun, the International Certification Secretariat, the Major Affairs Office, the Academic Affairs Office, and heads of all disciplines attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Liu Yuping, Director of Academic Affairs Office.
At the meeting, Hu Yushan, director of the Major Project Management Office, briefly analyzed the framework of ACQUIN international certification report and reported on the work that has been completed, including supporting materials, appendix arrangement, organizational structure, etc. Subsequently, the heads of each discipline explained in detail the professional reports they had participated in.
Lin Jianglong, Assistant Principal, pointed out that it is very necessary to conduct SWOT analysis on the school in the certification report, and pointed out the data and materials submitted by relevant functional departments one by one. Subsequently, it guided the next step of work, required relevant departments and secondary colleges to complete the improvement of materials within the specified time, and used more charts and data to enrich the report content and put it into place.
Vice President Liu Shuyun thanked everyone for their efforts in the past six months. The school takes talent cultivation as the center, which fully reflects the independent management characteristics of the school. She hoped that all departments would take the lead, mobilize all staff to make overall arrangements in strict accordance with the certification requirements, scientifically and rationally divide the work into groups, strictly implement the work item by item, and ensure that the international certification work is carried out in an orderly manner by linking up from top to bottom, so as to ensure that the relevant materials are written within the specified time, and strive to pass the international certification.
